THE MARKET

Around 50 market stalls set up shop every Thursday and Sunday from 8 am to 1 pm.

62 Avenue Jean Jaurès

Founded in September 1987, the Domont market association certainly doesn’t give away its age. Even into its 30th year, the Domont market is still thriving and modern. What’s more, it’s the only market of its kind in the region to offer free WIFI.

Just a few of the sellers at the market:

  • Les jardins d’Ézanville
  • Le fournil des Marchés du boulanger
  • Les bouquets d’Aline: a flower stall
  • Food truck serving West Indian gourmet food (only on Sundays)
  • A poulterer and roast meat seller (only on Sundays)
  • Chez Mimi: a microbrewery. Stalls selling crêpes, sandwiches and drinks
  • Cheesemongers
  • Butchers
  • Fishmongers

Not to mention the array of outdoor shops selling all kinds of clothes and accessories!

A word from the chairman:

Trading is first and foremost a passion for the Domont market. Customers are more than just a number. They are always greeted with a smile and a friendly face. I am a trader myself, and have been a fishmonger for 25 years. As Chairman, my goal is to breathe new life into the community and bring new traders in to revitalise and rejuvenate the market even more.

Romuald Delbarre, Chairman of the Domont Market Association
